In future Christchurch, New Zealand, in 2033, Bri is an agent for undercover intelligence. After the quakes of 2011, the city was bought out by a multinational company called Deep Blue, and now Klein, who is CEO and mayor runs the city. Bri is caught up in an operation choreographed by her boss, and like all things that are too good to be true, this innovative and experimental city is hiding secrets beneath its shiny surface.
