Dealing with Carbon-Based Life Forms

Rob Polocz is a technology executive, consultant, inventor, author, and speaker who has spent more than twenty-five years translating between technology and business. A lifelong techie who grew into executive leadership, he has written code, built products, led technical teams, advised business leaders, and helped grow a technology consulting company from startup to nearly three hundred employees.

Today, as founder of Polar Bear Consulting, Rob serves as a fractional CTO/CIO, helping organizations turn technology strategy into execution and build momentum they can feel. He is also a frequent conference and webinar speaker, known for making complicated technology and business challenges practical, relatable, and occasionally funny.

Along the way, Rob learned that not every human shares the same operating system, nor the same definition of "obvious."
