Davey's Daydreams
Autor Louise Goodingen Limba Engleză Paperback – oct 2026
This narrative gently introduces daydreaming as a common trait in many neurodiverse children, indicating how it can be both a challenge and a strength. The story highlights how understanding and a channel for expression can help a child feel seen and appreciated for their unique mind. It's a validation for children who feel misunderstood because of their "fidgety" or "distracted" behaviour, and a resource for parents and educators. This book reframes daydreaming from a negative symptom into a creative outlet, and it encourages children to embrace their way of thinking, teaching others to appreciate the value of imagination.

Notă biografică
After years working in children's entertainment, Louise Gooding channelled her creativity into writing. Louise has a keen interest in sharing stories that feature characters that stand out, are different, and who have something to say. Inspired by stories from her own experiences and those of her family, she took up writing to find a way of discussing neurological and physical diversity, and how to explore other sensitive issues within children’s books.
