Dangerous Voice: Dangerous Voice, cartea Book1

Dangerous Voice - Coming-of-age YA epic fantasy

Her voice is a dangerous gift. Left untrained, it can kill.

Everyone knows that the seventeen-year-old half-elf Lanie doesn't have magic. The leader of the magicians tested her, and she failed. That's why she lives as an outcast. Then one day, a bully threatens her, and her hidden singing magic awakens with deadly power.

Lanie flees home in a desperate search for vocal teachers to help her control her magical voice before it strikes again. She finds a banshee and a siren to give her singing lessons, but when Lanie refuses to become one of them, they attack. Lanie survives with help from friends she made traveling: a one-eyed dwarf and a half-elven selkie.

When she's tested by the goddess of music, Lanie breaks free with the help of the intriguing half-goblin magician Tarusko. But then she faces a magician seeking to devour all magic, including Lanie's. She must overcome her self-doubt, release the true power of her voice, and sing for her life.

Dangerous Voice is Book 1 in the Lanthalwyn's Quest fantasy adventure series. Rejected by their communities, two half-elves, a half-goblin, and a dwarf become friends, face their past, and find the courage to defend a threatened world.
