Val d'Isere is a beautiful, beguiling and deadly place. Snow storms, avalanches and accidents are the least of the dangers that the skiers and boarders who live there have to face. James, a new ski guide in the resort, is quickly sucked into a lifestyle of alcoholic hedonism, sexual intrigue and deep powder. Accused of assault, rape and murder, he first has to lose his innocence to prove it.
