Truth is a funny thing in that sometimes it seems that everyone has an opinion for what yours is. In this collection of poetry and prose, "Cycles," delves into the meaning of what it means to exist for this Filipina-American in modern day America. With influences ranging from the literary to modern day Hip Hop/ R&B culture and mysticism, the collection aims to further project the voices of those who identify as underrepresented and marginalized in an attempt to further spread love, light, and understanding for the reader and the universe they inhabit.
