Khyati Singh serves as Research Analyst at Manohar Parrikar Institute for Defence Studies and Analyses, New Delhi, India and PhD scholar at School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, India specializing in international relations and defence strategy with focus on US and Indo-Pacific security and emerging technologies. She contributes to leading think tanks and journals writing on hybrid warfare, AI governance, and India's grand strategy. Her research bridges academia and policy offering insights into global security order.
