Notă biografică
Seit Tobias Müller, Sandra Jedliczka, Eduard und Nicole Dimant 2012 das Mochi eröffnet haben, ist die Wiener Restaurant-Familie um vier weitere Lokale und eine Kochwerkstatt gewachsen. Unverändert ist die Begeisterung der Gastgeber*innen für japanische Esskultur, frische Zutaten und gemeinsames Essen in gemütlicher, familiärer Atmosphäre. Ihr erstes Kochbuch "Izakaya" wurde mehrfach ausgezeichnet.
