What happens if God dies? In his book "Creating God," Andrew Cuthbert explores how games could be the answer to the modern-day parent's dilemma on how they will teach their children the principles of right and wrong in this new digital age. As church populations get older and older, Cuthbert theorizes the death of God in the traditional sense. Whether that God was Christian, Muslim, Hindu, Jewish, or Sikh, Cuthbert believes that traditionally, people's strong religious belief in God was all down to personal interpretation. In this book, he proposes his theory of Gamification as the potential new religion in this century where individuals and their new-found independence could take a new outlook in their lives to fit the new society.
