This book deals with surviving and overcoming wilderness experiences in the Christian life. By wilderness experiences we are referring to times of discomfort, difficulty, confusion, trouble, etc that come to believers in Jesus Christ. To follow Him faithfully as a Christian these times (and all times for that matter) must be endured in accordance with the principles and commandments of His Word. Wilderness seems like an appropriate word to describe these times that frequently try those who set their hearts on obeying Jesus and faithfully following Him to eternal glory.
