I now introduce to the world a true story meant to captivate the mind of young readers-the story of a young girl who rose above everything meant to keep her down. Embracing her faith in God, she conquered many obstacles, discovering strength, self-worth and resilience along the way.

After becoming a victim of teenage pregnancy, she knew she had to create a safe space for the new life within her, so against all odds, she chose life. Even as society tried to make her feel like her life was over, she took on all the heavy burdens that life tried to bury her under, determined to prove them wrong.
With raw honesty, she shares how her solid faith in God and the power of prayer helped heal most of her pain from motherhood, abuse and heartbreak. Now she shares all her failures and victories in one book and the journey that led her to truly know and understand her worth.

She offers encouragement to those who are going through and have gone through similar situations. She wants all young women to know: your crown only falls when you bow your head, and your troubled past should not stand in the way of your future desires.

She uses her story to give her readers hope, strength and confidence, hoping they will learn to trust the journey of a once-broken girl who became an overcomer.
