Conquering Menopause
Autor Stephanie Crasswelleren Limba Engleză Paperback – 30 mar 2027
She followed the rules.
She ate less. Moved more. Tried harder.
And her body stopped responding.
In Conquering Menopause, Stephanie Crassweller exposes the real reason why women over 40 feel like strangers in their own bodies—and why everything that used to work suddenly doesn’t. This isn’t about motivation or trying harder. It’s a physiology problem.
As hormones shift, stress tolerance drops, and metabolism adapts, making women worse at burning calories so no matter how little they eat and how much they exercise nothing works. The same strategies that once created results begin to backfire. Fat loss stalls. Energy crashes. The body shifts and holds onto weight, increases inflammation, and resists change.
Stephanie pulls back the curtain on what’s actually happening beneath the surface—connecting the dots between hormones, metabolism, stress, and fat storage in a way most women have never been taught. More importantly, she lays out a clear, step-by-step road map to restoring fat-burning pathways, rebuilding energy, and making fat loss possible again—without extreme dieting and hours in the gym.
As hormones shift, the systems that control fat burning shift with them.
When those systems are supported instead of fought, the body stops resisting and starts responding.
And that’s when things finally start to move in the right direction.
