Allen Weaver, PhD, is the founder of Peaks Within Reach, a leadership and performance consultancy serving senior executives, professional athletes, and high performers across industries. He is also the co-founder of Bourbon Fat, a creative agency focused on HR change management, leadership development, and organizational culture. He holds a PhD in human performance from Middle Tennessee State University, where he served on the research team that empirically validated a landmark executive-conditioning program, and a master's degree in sport psychology from Miami University. Weaver has more than two decades of experience in senior human resources and leadership development roles at organizations including Target, DIRECTV, and AT&T, and he currently leads People Experience at a nonprofit healthcare organization. He is the creator of Reach Your Peaks, an annual leadership journal, and the author of Base Camp, an introductory guide to mental performance and wellness coaching. He lives in Palm Springs, California.
