This is an experimental study and the methodology applied aims to subject paracetamol to stress tests, where its degradation will be analysed using Analytical Layer Chromatography (ADC) after the thermal, acidic, basic, oxidative and photolytic stress conditions to which it will be exposed. Before carrying out the degradation tests, it was necessary to carry out a solubility test on paracetamol, where it was noted that it solubilised better in methanol.
