This is a small (approximately 1/2" square) unleavened bread made of wheat flour, shortening, salt and water. It comes baked and ready to serve. Packaged in a zip-lock plastic bag that can be re-closed to keep unused bread fresh. Store in a cool dry place. Net weight: 5 ounces. A box contains enough uniform pieces to serve approximately 500.
