An instructors guide for teaching officers to be incident commanders. This guide is based on the principles provided in the text book ICS Strategy. The course is a 40 hour higher education program that can be taught in 8, 4, or 3 hour sessions. This class meets the intent of NFPA 1021 4-6 Emergency Service Delivery.
