This is a journal created to help women and young ladies come back to the true essence of who God created them to be. As I share my journey from pain to purpose with you, I want you to do the same with me right within the pages of this book. When I lost myself through the things that happen throughout my life, journaling always provided me with the release I needed to press a little further. Journaling was my private time were I talked to Jesus. I shared with him the good, the bad and the ugly because I knew if anyone could help me, there wasn't a better person than the one who created and formed me in his imagine. I found that my blessing was on the other side of my pain, but I couldn't get to it if I wasn't willing to let it go. I released my pain through journaling in my private time with Jesus. I have taken some pieces from my journal to guide you through the beginning of you coming back to you.
