A futuristic thriller set in 2020 when the planet has finally succumbed to man's exploitation of the environment. With bizarre weather patterns wreaking havoc on the earth, people are convinced that this is Armageddon. William Devere' a self appointed prophet of the time convinces the world that he can stop the mayhem because he has a direct line to God who has grown disgruntled with his destructive creation. In the name of God Devere' who by now is leader of a fascist regime called the G.N.O (Gods New Order) makes outrageous demands on certain types of people in exchange for the lives of all the people on earth. Meanwhile the government has gone into hiding in a secret military facility are preparing to unleash their covert alien technology (A.N.N.A) in the name of A.N.N.A in an attempt to restore order to a chaotic world.
