The most dangerous secret of the Third Reich was never buried with Hitler.
For centuries, legends have claimed that the Spear of Destiny-the ancient lance said to have pierced the side of Christ-possesses the power to shape the fate of nations. In 1938, Adolf Hitler seized the relic, convinced it held a mystical power that would secure his thousand-year Reich.
But when Nazi Germany collapses in 1945, the Spear disappears.
Fearing that the legendary weapon could fall into Soviet hands, General George S. Patton orders a covert OSS team into the ruins of Germany to find it. Their mission: recover the relic before America's enemies can use it as a symbol of power and propaganda.
But they are not alone.
A fanatical SS organization has its own plans for the Spear. Soviet agents are racing to claim it for Stalin. And somewhere in the chaos of a defeated nation, a hidden Nazi network is preparing one final move.
From bombed-out cities to secret underground strongholds, the hunt for the Spear of Destiny becomes a deadly race across a shattered Europe. The prize is more than an ancient artifact-it is the key to a conspiracy that could change the course of history.
The war may be over.
The battle for the future has just begun.
