Notă biografică

Glenn Mathewson is a former builder and municipal inspector. He has 17 certifications from the International Code Council, including the Master Code Professional designation, and was awarded as Educator of the Year for 2021. He has authored several books and over 100 articles for trade magazines, including Fine Homebuilding and the Journal of Light Construction. He is a highly sought-after instructor on a wide range of building code topics and presents in-person seminars nationwide and through BuildingCodeCollege.com. Ryan Jackson is a National Electrical Code® instructor and textbook author, a member of Code-Making Panels 3 and 14 for the National Electrical Code and serves on several technical committees for UL Standards and Engagement. He has taught the NEC® and NFPA 70E® in nearly 40 states and has given well over 1,000 presentations over the last three decades. He can be reached through ryanjacksonelectrical.com. Skip Walker operates a successful home inspection business in San Bruno, California. He has received the highest honors from the American Society of Home Inspectors for his lifetime contributions to the profession. He holds numerous ICC certifications and also teaches in the College of San Mateo Building Inspector Degree program. Redwood Kardon created the first Code Check(TM) in 1995 when he was employed as an electrical inspector by the City of Oakland, California, and was tasked with becoming a “combination inspector” to also inspect building, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Code Check evolved out of his original notes as he studied to obtain his certifications in those other fields. He created the original codecheck.com website. Douglas Hansen has been in the construction industry for over 50 years. He is a licensed general contractor and also holds numerous inspector certifications. He has been a senior electrical inspector and plans examiner in Silicon Valley, and taught extensively around the country on a wide range of construction topics.
