Child From The Ashes is about an abused child who finds a miracle. Brian Tanner, although that isn't his birth name, is saved from a life of pain and hunger by an unexpected angel. Homely, old maid, Hazel Tanner rescues Brian and ultimately gives him purpose and happiness. The happiness is often marred by Brian's temper when faced with physical abuse. In time, he becomes a physician but his background leads him to vigilante justice against parents who abuse their children. His career and life are both in jeopardy as he seeks to deliver pain to these parents.
