Chasing Glory is the story of association football in Keighley from its early roots in the 1870s to the Second World War. Schoolteacher Rob Grillo has unearthed this story in fascinating detail. Using archive maps and photographs and a host of hitherto unused statistics from the various leagues in the Keighley area, Rob has produced a tremendous book, exploring football's fight to gain recognition in an area dominated by rugby league and against a back ground of poverty and deprivation.
