Today, residents and visitors share the legacy that is Charleston. Charleston: An Album from the Collection of The Charleston Museum celebrates the life of the city over several generations, from 1865 to the 1970s, with over 200 images of families at work, at play, on the water, and around the town. Most of the images selected have never been published previously, therefore the volume offers us an unusually valuable source of information about the city and its inhabitants.
