When Chris Parks gets a job and moves to Tangerine, he finds that his new accounting firm, Certain Gentlemen, is totally lame. A depression started by the League of Lawyers has engulfed the city in complete boredom, squeezing every last ounce of happiness from the accountants of Certain Gentlemen. What was once a fun and cheerful community is now the most boring city in all of Washington When Chris discovers that only he can save Tangerine, he has many questions. Why him?
