The ancient Celts did not differentiate between the sacred and the secular. Rather, to these peoples, virtually everything under the sun had spiritual significance. Ray Simpson illustrates this Celtic vision of spirituality in his collection of over 130 blessings for almost every aspect of our lives, from baptizing an infant to buying a new car, from leaving home to falling in love. Celtic Blessings: Prayers for Everyday Life is a must for fans of Celtic spirituality or anyone who seeks to appreciate the wisdom of one of the world's oldest religious traditions.
