Cave in the Rock

The Cave in the Rock is a tale of a young girl and her family and the trials they faced prior to and during the Civil War. Missy is an exceptional young girl who learns the facts of life at an early age.

She is forced to keep a secret that she only knows half of, for many years because someone she loves and respects is raped and the secret must be kept forever. When a second secret is revealed, everyone is astounded but the day is saved.

The ending is a surprise.
