New York Governor Reginald MacVay has vowed to rid his state of organized crime. His energy in this campaign is completely focused on taking out the Mafia once and for all. But his past connections with the mob may be his political undoing.

The Sorvino family, the last remaining strand of old-school Mafia and a drug cartel, intends to dash MacVay's hopes for reelection. They hire Asante, the best hit man they know, to kill the governor's daughter. But the plan derails when Asante falls for her.
