This book examines the capital structure dynamics in Indian MSMEs, offering empirical evidence to better understand the financial practices within entrepreneurial settings. Nufazil Altaf is currently working as Assistant Professor in School of Business Studies,Central University of Kashmir. His main research interests focus on corporate finance particularly capital structure and working capital management. He has published papers in various ABDC quality and scopus indexed journals like International Journal of managerial finance, Research in International business and finance, International journal of economics and finance.
Farooq Shah is Professor and Dean, School of Business Studies, Central University of Kashmir, India. He has a teaching and research experience of around 35 years. Besides, authoring 7 books, he has written around 40 research papers published in various journals of national and international repute.
