There is a need for such a book as Can We Ensure Safe Schools?: A Collaborative Guide on Focused Strategies for School Safety. Law enforcement must be willing to look at the way service is delivered and to examine the possibility that new models of service delivery could be viable.
This book is valuable to all stakeholders. It addresses a way for educators and families to be informed about school violence and be prepared to be proactive in prevention activities.
