The management of different Safety , Health and Environmental systems becomes cumbersome if one does not have a way to integrate the management requirements for the three disciplines. This model developed by specialists from Sasol (an international petrochemical company) proposes a model to integrate the requirements of SHE management. It does not look at standards'requirements to integrate because these change with time but to the fundamentals of SHE management.
