Notă biografică
Andreas Breidert, born in Darmstadt in 1981, is an avid reader, wordsmith, and a carnival enthusiast deeply connected to his homeland. His first three books, all local crime novels, written in the South Hessian dialect, were awarded the artist prize of the "Spirwes Darmstadt Prize for Maulkunst & Lebensart" in 2017. A restaurant visit inspired Breidert to open himself up to the thriller genre and to forge new literary paths with The Last Meal (Das letzte Gericht). The author lives in the Rhine-Main area and has been working as a financial controller for several years.
