He has lived there all his life, within its large Asian population. Zaq Khan, the endearing Sikh hero of Brothers in Blood, is utterly convincing too. He has had a rough time, with a spell in prison. He gets a job after his release; his boss orders him to find his runaway daughter. He cannot refuse, even though his efforts bring him into dangerous conflict with the local baddies. Terrific dialogue and much humour.'
