Brighton is an attractive seaside city in East Sussex on the south coast of England. The city is conveniently located less than 50 miles south of London and is popular with new media professionals who commute from Brighton to the capital. Brighton is sometimes called "London-by-the-Sea." This is a student city with two universities, the University of Sussex (in Falmer) and the University of Brighton and is also regarded as the gay capital of Britain, which adds to the Bohemian atmosphere of the city.
