Joseph F. Hagan Jr, MD, FAAP, clinical professor of pediatrics at the University of Vermont College of Medicine and Vermont Children's Hospital. Dr Hagan os past chairperson of the AAP Committee on Psychosocial Aspects of Child and Family Health and the AAP TAsk Force on Terrorism.

Judith S. Shaw, MPH, EdD, RN, research associate professor in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Vermont College of Medicine.
