Dr Gerard Lynch is an internationally acknowledged expert in historic brickwork, master bricklayer, author and lecturer. He is also the author of Gauged Brickwork and numerous papers and articles on aspects of historic brickwork and is the leading authority on gauged brickwork. He runs a successful consultancy practice, teaches traditional and high level craft skills and has worked and advised on many significant historic brick properties in the UK and overseas.
