When a couple of retired maiden sisters deep in the heart of the Smoky Mountains meet a young lady reporter from Raleigh, their once quiet uneventful lives become full of surprises. An old quarry lake and missing persons from decades past turn a sleepy little Mayberryesque town upside down. The Sheriff and his deputies have their hands full as the sisters and the reporter help solve the newly discovered cold case crimes.
