Named the "queen of heartbreaking prose" by Paste Magazine, Helene Dunbar is the award-winning author of multiple books for young adults including We Are Lost and Found (2019), The Promise of Lost Things, Prelude for Lost Souls, Boomerang, and These Gentle Wounds, as well as a contributor to multiple music publications including 501 Essential Albums of the ’80s. She lives in Nashville with her husband and daughter.
