Bud Decker is trying to adjust to his recent retirement. He is Block Watch captain of his neighborhood and has opinions about all of his neighbors. While his opinions are many, they are often wrong. Try as he might to control the world around him, Bud is finding that things aren't working the way they should. Even saving the life of the old biddy who lives next door doesn't bring him the reward he seeks. For those readers who liked the original Block Watch and know a "Bud," thank you for asking for more.
