Follow Georgina's progress as a violinist as she lands her first job playing for a show in Blackpool. Eventually she gets the audition she wants and gets into a symphony orchestra. Along the way, romance comes but doesn't last. Changing circumstances bring her to freelance and maybe find her destiny.
