Notă biografică

Narayan Lal Panwar is a Professor and Head of the Department of Renewable Energy Engineering at MPUAT, Udaipur. He has more than 22 years of experience in the field of Renewable Energy Engineering. He completed a Ph.D. from the Centre for Energy Studies, IIT Delhi, and specializes in energy and exergy analyses of thermal systems, as well as energy efficiency and management. His research focuses on designing improved cookstoves, biomass gasifiers, pyrolyzers, and solar thermal devices for industrial and rural use. Dr. Panwar has published over 200 international journal papers, authored 20 books on renewable energy, and holds 15 patents. His contributions have earned him prestigious awards, including the 'Prakritik Urja Puraskar' from MNRE, Government of India, for his book on Alternative Energy Resources. He also received the "Shrimati Vijay-Usha Sodha Research Award" from IIT Delhi in 2014 and the Rajasthan Energy Conservation Award in 2018, and NAAS Recognition Awards 2025. As per a Stanford University report, Dr. Panwar is ranked among the top 2% of scientists globally based on citation metrics.
Pranay Rajendra Lanjekar is a Senior Program Officer at Sardar Patel Renewable Energy Research Institute (SPRERI), Anand (Gujarat).  He completed his Ph.D. from the Department of Renewable Energy Engineering at CTAE, MPUAT, Udaipur. His Ph.D. research work was on hydrogen-rich syngas production from biomass gasification and the separation of hydrogen from syngas with process optimization. He secured AIR-1 in ICAR AICE-2021, and the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) provided a Junior/Senior Research Fellowship for his Ph.D. program. He is an experienced author with a background in renewable energy and agricultural technology. He has showcased his expertise through 8 papers in international publications and a book, highlighting his commitment to research and knowledge sharing. Additionally, he holds 2 patents, demonstrating his innovative contributions to the field. He is actively working on biomass valorization to produce energy from waste.  With his academic accomplishments and practical experience, Dr. Lanjekar brings a unique perspective to the subject matter.
Khemlata Soni is a Ph.D. scholar in the Department of Renewable Energy Engineering at CTAE, MPUAT, Udaipur. She secured AIR-1 in ICAR AICE in 2022 and 2023 in the subject of Renewable Energy Engineering. She qualified UGC-NET examination with 97 percentiles in the Environmental Science subject. She is an experienced author in the field of renewable energy and agricultural technology. She has published 6 papers in quality international publications, demonstrating her innovative contributions to the field. She is actively working on waste-to-energy production and storage in bioenergy.
