In "Between Two Worlds," we meet two of the main protagonists, Cynthia and Noah. Cynthia is a sophisticated woman who is attempting to escape the migrane that is New York City. Noah, a First Nations man, is currator of Tribal Arts in a Vancouver museum. Their efforts to make their relationships work form the story of this romance.
