Growing up around the Spiezio family restaurant was obviously an inspiration. Coming from a long line of cooks, at the age of 8, I was preparing meals for the family on fend for yourself night. I decided to take some of the recipes and put a little twist on them by cooking everything at 420 degrees, of which is a continued practice at my household. These are legit recipes that you would be proud to serve to even the pickiest of eaters. I've also included for the expectation of everyone seeing the cover; a section just for your enjoyment where legally permissible.
