Notă biografică
Wei Huang, a key compiler and chief drafter, he has developed 7 national standards and 6 other standards. He has published 42 papers as the first author in SCI, EI, and other key journals, authored 12 monographs, and obtained 28 authorized invention patents, 6 utility model patents, and 8 software copyrights. His achievements have been awarded the "First Prize for Technological Progress of Metallurgical Corporation of China Limited (MCC)", "Third Prize for Technological Progress of the Machinery Industry", "Special Prize for Innovative Engineering Construction Technology", "Second Prize for Excellent Patents of SINOMACH ", "Second Prize for Technological Progress of SINOMACH ", and the "Outstanding Young Talent" in China's engineering construction standard technology innovation. In terms of social positions, he serves as executive deputy secretary-general of Committee of Architectural Vibration of CECS, as well as Member of the Vibration and Noise Professional Committee of the Chinese Society for Vibration Engineering, Member of the Architectural Acoustics Branch of the Acoustical Society of China, Member of the Ergonomics Professional Committee of the Chinese Ergonomics Society, Member of the China Association for Disaster Prevention, and Expert Member of the CIAPST Committee on Architectural Environment Technology, and Member of the Electromechanical Special Committee of the Chinese Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers.
Jian Xu,concurrently holds positions such as Vice Chairman of the CECS, Chairman of the Committee of Architectural Vibration, and Deputy Director of the Editorial Board of the Journal of Building Structures. In 1997, he was selected for the "Young and Middle-aged Experts with Outstanding Contributions" and the "National Hundred-Thousand-Ten Thousand Talent Project". He has been honored with titles including "National Advanced Individual in Engineering Construction Standardization in China", "Outstanding Contribution Expert in China's Building Vibration Standardization", and "Standard Master". He has innovatively developed a multi-dimensional vibration control theory for complex structures and equipment, established a complete set of control technologies ranging from "damage-inducing vibration" to "strong vibration", "general vibration", "micro-vibration", and "near-zero vibration" for equipment from precision instruments to large-scale machinery, and constructed a full-process standard system covering "load-control-testing-evaluation", and chief-edited 10 core national standards. He has pioneered the integrated control design method for engineering vibration and seismic vibration. His research achievements have been widely applied in major projects across sectors such as mechanical electronics, aerospace, metallurgy and electric power, and national defense and military industries. He has received 4 second-class National Science and Technology Progress Awards, 6 national-level management innovation awards, 3 first-class National Excellent Engineering Construction Standard Design Gold and Silver Awards and National Excellent Engineering Survey and Design Awards, and 15 first-class Provincial, Ministerial, and Social Force Science and Technology Progress Awards. He has formulated 36 national standards (serving as chief editor for 11), published 34 monographs (22 as the first author), and been granted 36 invention patents as the first inventor.
