Lakshman Guruswamy is Visiting Professor of Law at the University of Colorado at Boulder and Professor of Law and Director of the National Energy-Environment Law and Policy Institute at the University of Tulsa.
Suzette Grillot is Assistant Professor of Political Science and International Academic Programs at the University of Oklahoma.
