Anna Brown is nearly forty when she earns a college degree and seeks a job at a juvenile detention center. Though she is afraid of animals, Michael Grant hires her to oversee a pet therapy program. Neither wants to share the tragic story of their past, but when a near crisis occurs, both realize how detrimental secrets can be.
