This is the second book in the series about the Ancient Warrior. This time Ur, the seemingly immortal Ancient Warrior, is awakened on the vast, grassy steppes north of the Black Sea. The goddess has given him a new gift, and this time he is determined to use it to be sure he is never enslaved again. It is 4,500 BC.
