An Axe to Grind

A stalker's decapitation sends Detective Doug Milligan on an investigation of the stalker and victim. When Doug strikes out on his own to corner the murderer and no one knows where he is, his fianc e, Stacey Wilbur, tries to find him. She becomes frantic when his beloved MG is found in the lagoon on the Santa Barbara college campus.
