Alpha Panda is a fictional large male panda who roams the bamboo forests in China. He encounters human villagers who take a liking to him and his tribe of pandas. Alpha Panda is an intelligent panda who escaped from a science experiment laboratory, and teaches other pandas to rise up against poachers who want to take him away, and who threaten the friendly villagers. This fast moving and griping story is appropriate for 8 to 12 year olds who enjoy wildlife preservation themes.
