Against The Tide is a collection of poetry that comes from a heart that has been broken and restored. It is about this poet's journey; one of faith, love, pain, grief, sorrow and even a little humor. It is about life and how good it can be even when you are swimming against the tide. Throughout the years this author has had several poems published; as well as, had her E-book Beyond the Past published in 2012. Several of her individual works of poetry have been recognized. She has received the Editor's Choice Award, by The National Library of Poetry and two awards of Merit by The World of Poetry.
