Komlan Sangbana, Ph.D. (2016), University of Geneva, is Legal Officer with the Secretariat of the Water Convention (UNECE) and Fellow at the Platform for International Water Law. He has published many articles, chapters and books on international water law, including La protection des eaux douces transfrontière contre la pollution: dimensions normatives et institutionnelles.
